1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Finly (the "Service"), whether through our website at finlyofficial.com, our iOS app, or our Android app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Finly is a financial literacy platform — built by teens, primarily for teens and students, but suitable for learners of all ages. It provides interactive games, lessons, quizzes, leaderboards, and a virtual coins system to make learning about money management fun and engaging. Coins earned within Finly are virtual and have no real monetary value.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Finly. During sign-in you are required to check a box confirming that you are 13 years of age or older; without this confirmation, account creation is blocked. If you are between 13 and 18, you also represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

By creating an account, you also represent that:

• You will keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• You will maintain only one account per person
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Finly responsibly. The following actions are prohibited:

• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating the coins or leaderboard system
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Impersonating another person or creating fake accounts
• Posting or sharing inappropriate, offensive, harmful, hateful, sexual, or violent content (including in profile pictures or display names)
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service

We may remove content that violates these rules and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so.

5. Virtual Currency

Coins earned in Finly are entirely virtual. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other form of currency. We reserve the right to adjust coin balances, point values, or the coins system at any time to ensure fairness and platform integrity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Finly — including games, lessons, quizzes, graphics, text, and software — is owned by Finly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Finly content without our prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Finly, including your profile picture and display name. By uploading content, you grant Finly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and other users (for example, displaying your avatar and name on leaderboards).

You are responsible for the content you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload it and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

8. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe that content on Finly infringes your copyright, please send a notice to admin@finlyofficial.com with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) the location of the allegedly infringing content on Finly, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability

Finly is an educational platform and is provided for informational purposes only. The content on Finly does not constitute professional financial advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on information learned through the Service. Finly is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the Service. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

11. Apple App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded the Finly app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the relevant store's usage rules in addition to these Terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no responsibility for the Service or its content. To the extent these Terms grant you any rights or remedies, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with respect to the iOS app. The maximum liability of Apple in connection with any failure of the iOS app to conform to any applicable warranty will be the price you paid for the app — which is zero, since Finly is free.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, except where local consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring an action in your home jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Finly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
